California Septic System Regulations

Acorn's expertise helps move your project's wastewater development quickly.

In California, water regulations are generally enforced by the Regional Water Board. For onsite wastewater systems up to a certain design flow, the authority is typically given to the local jurisdiction. We work well with both the regional water board and the local regulatory jurisdictions.

Our typical approach involves presenting the regulatory agency with a solution, rather than asking the regulatory agency what is appropriate. The solution we provide is then reviewed by the regulatory agency for code compliance.

When working with Acorn Onsite, Inc. you can rest assured that you have a go-to firm for all your septic system engineering needs. We handle all communication and facilitate all aspects of dealing with the applicable regulatory agencies.
